I'm Andres Silva, Associate Creative Director and Design Lead based in Portland, Oregon.

I’ve been working in the industry since 2015, moving through independent agencies and design studios before joining R/GA Buenos Aires in 2019. What began as a remote collaboration with the Portland office eventually brought me here, where I now lead work at a global scale.

Today, as an ACD and Design Lead, I help shape visual systems and creative standards across complex, high-visibility projects. I’ve partnered with brands like Nike, Jordan, PayPal, and Google, balancing craft, motion, clarity, and usefulness while leading teams from concept to execution.

Being Latin American and US-based allows me to move naturally between cultures and teams, acting as a strong connector and a better creative leader overall.
